Dinner in Downtown Detroit
Dinner in Downtown Detroit: What to Eat at Parlay
Dinner downtown can mean a lot of things.
Sometimes it’s steak and a drink. Sometimes it’s burgers and a game. Sometimes everybody at the table wants something different.
That’s exactly why Parlay Detroit’s menu doesn’t stay in one lane.
Start With Something for the Table
Two of our favorites are the Buffalo Chicken Wontons and Bang Bang Shrimp.
The wontons combine crispy wrappers with buffalo-spiced chicken and cream cheese, accompanied by ranch or blue cheese.
The Bang Bang Shrimp starts with crispy breaded shrimp tossed in our signature Bang Bang sauce, then gets honey chili oil and green onions.
Or go completely in the opposite direction with the Glizzy Tower: all five of our beef franks served with truffle fries and signature dipping sauces.
It’s not subtle.
That’s why we like it.
The Parlay Burger
Sometimes you don’t need to reinvent dinner.
You need a really good burger.
The Parlay Burger is a double smash burger layered with American cheese, house-made pickles, shredded lettuce and Parlay sauce on a pretzel bun.
Add fries and you’ve got one of the easiest dinner decisions on the menu.
Detroit Meets Fish & Chips
Our Fish & Chips puts catfish at the center.
Two flaky catfish fillets are coated in cornmeal breading, fried until golden and served with Cajun tartar sauce and hand-cut fries.
It’s familiar comfort food with a Detroit-friendly spin.
Going Bigger?
There’s plenty beyond burgers and fried food.
The Brown Sugar Miso Salmon pairs pan-seared salmon with a brown sugar miso glaze and seasonal vegetables.
The Parlay Steak features an 11-ounce chargrilled ribeye with house-made zip sauce, mashed potatoes and vegetables.
And the
Lamb Lollipops bring hoisin-balsamic and gochujang together alongside ginger fried rice and vegetables.
Pizza for the Table
Our brick oven also turns out Halal Pepperoni, Halal Meat Lovers, BBQ Chicken, Cheese and Veggie pizzas.
And yes, there’s Garlic Cheese Bread.
Because sometimes dinner requires Garlic Cheese Bread.
Dinner, Drinks and Whatever Happens Next
Parlay was designed for nights that don’t necessarily end when the plates are cleared.
Come for dinner. Watch the game. Meet friends. Grab drinks.
If you’re trying to decide
where to eat dinner in downtown Detroit, Parlay gives the whole group room to make a different decision.
